All Flortec, Inc. specializes in wood floor installation, wood floor refinishing and repair for commercial and residential clients. Our services encompass more than just wood flooring . We also offer molding and tile installations from ceramic to porcelain. We realize the constraints of time of the average consumer and have initiated various services to compliment each other and to make our customers lives easier by being able to select one outfit to handle their needs. We also realize, that it is not only how the job turns out, but how the work was performed, timely, courteous and any special concerns during or after the work are handled. But most importantly, we are a few guys who don't claim to be the best, the fastest,cheapest or unsurpassed.. No catchy slogans or hooks. Who are we? Jim and the Flortec team were great. They were very flexible with schedules and got the job done in a timely manner. The floors look great and they did it for a lot better price than the crooks at Home Depot and Lowe's said they would do it for. Would definitely recommend again.

This is our second job and once again James and his team did a great job. Price was fair and it came out amazing. They were able to blend our old hardwood floors and extended into our hallway and we can't even tell where the old and new meet! Looking forward to doing some more work with All Flortec. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to redo hardwood floors.

Thanks!...Here we removed all carpet from up hall, steps FR. We repaired his foyer, matched materials ,removed and reinstalled moldings, sanded steps to match. It was alot of work and things were uncovered as we went. We made the best of it all and stuck to our proposed numbers.

I was disappointed in my experience with this company. I felt disrespected by the staff as the project was being completed. After the project was completed, there was some damage caused to the floor by another person working in my house and my phone calls to FlorTec were never returned. Now, three months after the project was completed, the polyurethane is peeling off the floor in the seams between the wood planks. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. They were cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I find this review to be totally unwarranted and angry for no apparent reason I was never contact ed regarding trouble with the finish. I did return her phone calls about the scratch and also spoke to the man who did it. The hurricane hindered communications and after 1 return trip to address scratch from movers, we just never followed up on this due to schedule loss due the hurricane. I have been working with service magic and have emailed her my concern and offers to make any rectifications to the flooring i needed. we warranty all of our work and alwasy aim to satisfy a customer. I thought we did great here.i will try to make it right

FloreTec was the only one who returned my call with inquiries about availability and price. I knew nothing about them when I called but I am glad I did. The floors look beautiful. I will be using them again for other projects around my own home.

here we ripped out old laminate in basement area..Installed subfloors, wood floor and tile..Installed new base and refinished some stairs..was alot of work..Everything ent as planned within reason...I even went to HD to sort out problems with material supplied by Homeowner and tried to resolve. I believe we offered great workmanship and service here.All minor concerns were addressed as they were pointed out.
