Although Jeff was very pleasant, great with follow-up, did a good job on the carpets and very thorough, we had a problem with the equipment he used. The floors were supposed to be dry in 3-4 hours and it actually took 18 hours. He disposed of the dirty water in the toilet which clogged up the lines and backed up dirty water into the bathtub, leaving a very unpleasant odor, not to mention the dirt and grime. I am also still waiting for an invoice, which he had promised to send that evening. We are used to someone who steam cleans the carpets that dry in a couple of hours and they do not need to use the bathroom to dispose of the water.

Jeff was kind enough to fit us in the day I called. The company we had hired was not able to come and we'd already moved all of our furniture into our kitchen and really were in a bind. They came out that afternoon and stayed through the evening making sure everything was done to perfection. They were very personable, friendly and professional. I'd highly recommend this company.
