Very courteous and knowledgeable. Quoted a fixed price to replace a water heater prior to arriving including labor, parts and taxes, and installed same day exactly as quoted. Would gladly recommend to family and friends.

One of the best plumbing experiences I have had. They arrived on-time, completed the replacement of my water heater in about 45 minutes, provided extra material at no extra cost and cleaned up when the job was complete. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommended.

John did a great job. There was a frustrating challenge for both of us in that he replaced the part the manufacturer told him to and the problem got WORSE. But John came out two more times to work the problem and called MANY more times asking if there was more he could do. His attitude was ALWAYS great and wanted us to feel good and be satisfied. Ultimately, we ended up using him to replace the tankless water heater entirely. (And he just called AGAIN this morning to confirm that the new tank- NOT tankless- was working). Spectacular customer service.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
Soufiane worked on a Toilet Clog and 2 Blocked sinks (clogs well beyond 25 feet and Liquid Plumber made worse) and finished with time to spare. Completed a job that one plumber said was "Going to costs hundreds" to "impossible". Soufiane was reasonable, friendly, and all around great plumber. After going through 2 other plumbers on the same job and dealing with plumbers 5+ years I would recommend them.

Diagnosed the heater problem over the phone and gave me a quote before coming out - this was a strong selling point for me. Unfortunately, their schedule got delayed and we spent half a day waiting around for them to turn up - otherwise, really nice guys and worked efficiently
