Tim, the salesman was very helpful and flexible as we decided on design of deck, materials to use, etc.  The deck was installed in a timely fashion and the builder was very clean. The only negatives were the lack of follow-up post completion (I had 1 deck board that was supposed to be replaced) and being contacted by one of their suppliers about a potential lien that may be filed on our house because ADO had not paid that supplier yet (although we had already fully paid for the deck). That being said, the deck looks great and we are very happy with it! Rating: Project: Deck or Porch - Build or Replace Sales person and Building crew were good to work with.  Owner didn't impress me when he was unprofessional on phone when I asked him for my deposit less whatever expenses he had incurred… Read Complete Rating Sales person and Building crew were good to work with.  Owner didn't impress me when he was unprofessional on phone when I asked him for my deposit less whatever expenses he had incurred prior to building when we wanted to switch deck materials.  He basically said I was out $1500 unless I built with him and was not nice about it.  I wouldn't do business with him again.
