The technician, Mark, arrived promptly to my place of residence to perform the requested service. As far as I can tell, the replacement of the defective refrigerator component solved the problem. It appeared at first that the issue was not immediately apparent to Mark. However, he was methodical in his approach and used critical thinking in finding the solution. Additionally, Mark was friendly even as he was highly focused to the task at hand. The warranty offered by the company seems fair as well. Overall, it was a relatively hassle-free experience. If Mark is representative of the his employer's quality, I would recommend them!

i had a really bad experience with this company. i needed my washing machine fixed. they sent someone over very quickly. very nice and personable guy. he said he could fix it for $200 and could not guarantee it will work for more than a year. i figured that i already had to pay at least $100 for the service call, so i took a chance. he said he needed to order the part. after 3 weeks, there was still no part! i told them this was unacceptable and she got the part within days. he installed it and as soon as he left, the machine was still broken. i called him several times and no answer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
