WE DON'T CUT CORNERS, WE CLEAN THEM! We charge .29 cents per square foot. Locally owned business that doesn't charge what the bigger companies do,but the same machine and same chemicals, which are environmentally safe and safe for your children. I am the only woman in colorado to own (sole proprietor)  a carpet cleaning business, which is a bonus because I am a perfectionist about our work and into the details. We are told that we do alot of extra details that other companys don't pay attention to. We don't charge extra for the prespray or the neutralizer and for the pet stains or heavy duty spots that need extra attention, which alot of other companys do. They can charge as much as $25.00 a spot, in fact one company was telling me they charge $65.00 for a pet stain, and that the customer still pays that even if they don't get the spot out. You should not be charged extra for berber carpet, it is actually the easiest carpet to clean. The only things I charge extra for is the protector .  My employees and I have high standards. We specialize in move-in or move-out cleanings also. We have more references from alot of realtors, we also have the carpet cleaning contracts on 25 of the Blockbusters, and banks, and Rositas,  Quality Auto Sounds, Buckley air Force Base, Beer At Home,and other big companys.  We have worked very hard for a small established carpet cleaning business and quality and customer service is our specialty.   We stand by our bid after the measurements I AM ABOUT EDUCATING EVERYONE ABOUT CARPET CLEANING,IF YOU CHOOSE US THEN YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IN THE BEST PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE, DETAILED MANNER .  We believe in taking care of our customers without taking all thier money.
