Tom was very thorough helping us decide which system would work best for our needs. The crew (John, James & electrician ?name) who installed the electric furnace did a great job, cleaned up after themselves & explained how it all worked.

Very poor customer service except for the salesman and the installers. Salesman was very honest and knew his stuff. Too bad the owner and the office staff can't follow suit.Very bad office and owner customer service. No return calls, follow up , many mistakes with paperwork communication etc.

The crew was very friendly, skilled and hard working. They were careful, respectful of my property and did a very efficient job. You could not do better than to hire these guys, they were great.

They responded quickly, set up a time to meet, and were on time for our apointment. Their representive was very pleasent ......I was ready to purchase,,,he said he was going to email me a quote....I never heard from them ...no quote, not a word...nothing.

Still awaiting mechanical inspection and system power on.

They were great to work with. I had some issues with the thermostat installed after hours and they had a technician call me right away to diagnose the problem and came out the next day to replace. They are very prompt and through. I would definately recommend using this company.
