Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
Lowell is prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained everything and answered all my questions before, during, and after the installation. His work was thorough and he took extra care to protect our belongings and leave our home as clean as it was before the job. His price was significantly lower than the competition. I recommended him to my son and daughter-in-law who have, I understand, contracted for his services. I highlyl recomend All Cellulose.

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
The only one of 3 to do a thorough inspection and outline exactly what he wouls do. Also had a demo prop to show a comparative insulation effect in temperature. The actual installation was complete and axactly as quoted. This IS a professional, and competitive !

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
Absolutely terrific. Thorough review of job while preparing bid. Found a couple of really dangerous things that I was unaware of ( neither of which benefitted him ). Arrived on time on the scheduled days and completed the work. His workmanship and professionalism are off the chart good. Highly recommend him.

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
Lowell is very thorough with his initial consultation in which he measured and inspected the attic, calculated the cost of the job, and reviewed the figures. Over-the-phone estimates for insulating 1000 sq. ft. were somewhat different, but he undersold 2 other bids by $300-400. He was on time for the 2-day install process and even took care of a wiring issue that presented itself after beginning some prep work-at no extra charge. He minimized the mess by covering up the carpet in the areas he was accessing the attic. He also brought paperwork along for current rebates offered through Xcel and Recharge Colorado. I highly recommend him!!

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
Lowell lived up to all the other reviews you read here. He was professional, thorough, prompt, and really thoughtful about my specific situation with regards to shade we get, etc. During the estimate, he was starting to suggest an additional radiant heat barrier, but when he saw our giant cottonwood on the northwest corner of the property, he stopped and said we would likely not need it. He also took time at the end of the job to discuss options we could try on our own for exhausting hot air through our attic door opening. He was great all the way around - can't recommend him highly enough!

Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
Lowell's service was awesome. During the initial consultation he spent about an hour explaining the benefits of his product and pointed out things that the other quotes had missed. A week later he followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was good and even asked if I had another issue with my electrical taken care of that he noticed while he was there. Definitely recommended

Review by Timothy F. in Denver, CO
Project: Install or Upgrade Blown-In Insulation
Lowell is very professional and detail-oriented; he does the work as if it is his own home. During his initial assessment he identified and photographed areas in the attic which needed repair, modification, or additional prep work to maximize the effectiveness of the insulation. For example he found (and photographed) that a bathroom fan vented directly into the attic and signs of moisture problems in the surrounding attic space. He quoted me a low price to fix the ventilation and other issues he found. Other pros never even mentioned the bathroom fan ventilation. He took the time to answer questions and provide additional education.
