Project: Install or Replace Foundation Drains
We hired this company to install a sump pump, interior drain system in our finished basement, and to seal the exterior foundation. The big concern I have with this company was the quality of the work with the crew that was here. They showed up over an hour late the first two days. Their overall work was sloppy. They dented the the drywall in our basement and when I brought to the one of their employees attention, he said that we can just fix that section when redo the wall to cover the mirror drain. They didn't clean up very well after their work. They left sealant on our garden stool. I'm disappointed in the attention to detail.

Very professional and courteous, and finished the job in a very timely manner. I havent had a big rain since, so not sure how their work product is, but it was a fairly large project that they completed in 2-3 days just as described.

Note that the "proof of the pudding" for this project will be the next big rain, which hasn't happened yet.
Sales guy was great - lots of info, thoro inspection, cheapest price, honest and straightforward. Came back to check on job and gave good advice on other issues.
Construction is where there were problems. Supervisor left the site. Project wasn't built exactly as promised, and I had to cause a fuss to get things done right. Workers left behind trash and a pile of hardened cement on the lawn. If the system works, these were only minor disappointments, but I can't in good conscience give a 5-star rating.

I was impressed with their professionalism, but the salesman could have been a bit more communicative prior to the start of the work. Despite this, overall, they provided quality service. Although the issue was not repaired the first time, I was happy with the diligence shown throughout the process. All Aspects made me feel as though money was not their main focus and repairing the problem was their number one priority. Tony, the owner, communicated with me very well, answering all my questions, returning all calls, ensuring that I was satisfied. They were very flexible and I am happy that I chose them.
