By choosing my own water filter and purchasing it separately for them to install, I was obviously working outside of AAWC's normal zone of comfort, but after one false start when it turned out the existing plumbing didn't conform to our expectations, we got the job done and the filter is working great. A tiny pinpoint leak in one fitting was subsequently repaired quickly and without any fuss. Overall a very good job.

They changed my filters and the system did not produce enough water. They came to the house two more times and did correct the problem with no additional charges. That is what I call satisfing a customer !!
