We are also replacement experts and offer the best equipment that will last and save you money on your energy bills. Preventive maintenance contracts at reasonable prices to help prevent costly breakdowns. They arrived on time. Had to purchase a part. Did not return when promised and had to wait two extra hours before they returned to complete the job. Job was completed satisfactorily.

Vents were very dirty and they cleaned them well... only problem they left off vent cover in bathroom but I put it back (in ceiling - hard to reach)... no problem. Otherwise, were very thorough and we have clean air now... after vacuuming all dust and debris that came out of vents...

Work was done Very Professional.After job done they said there were 5 ducts(vents) they couldn't clean because of size vs their equipment. Should have been mentioned proior to job and during. I paid for all vents to be cleaning and all were not. Also when I chose to pay by credit card they then mentioned there would be a 4% surcharge. Actually their work invoice said in smalll print 2%. The tech said it had changed. I paid by CHECK! I have also with the same work order retained them for year round service on Heat/AC The Techs Josh and Melvin were great.

The initial visit with the techs was impressive as they quickly diagnosed the problem gave me several options and ultimately advised me to speak with one of their comfort specialists. The sales pitch didn't feel shady or pushy at all - in fact, it was informative and I felt completely confident in their suggestions. The installation crew was also great - very courteous and did solid work.
