The service was prompt and appeared good, but issue still remains, thus, I need to have them come back which is disappointing.

Numerous return phone calls were made to see when we could get out there to advise customer of his recurring problem, but have never received a phone call back, I think he was a bit premature on his review if we were actually given a fair shot he might of felt differently!

They were able to fit my schedule and did a great job. The repairman explained what needed to be done before doing it and charged a fair price. The door works perfectly now -- I should have called them long ago!

Rich didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Fixed the problem at less than his reasonable estimate. Explained the door had 3 - 5 more years. I will definitely get my new door from him.

This was one of the most positive home improvement experiences I've had. Rich was very agreeable to work with, and he always did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. In addition, the garage doors are high quality and the price was lower than the big box chain stores would have charged. Excellent!

I was very pleaded with work and the way they cleaned up before they left. The doors work much better than the ones they took down.
