Project: Clean Out a Sewer
I was very specific in my project needs that I submitted to Service Magic, additionally, I was detailed in what I told the Plumber. The Plumber arrived to my home and I explained all that had been done and the problem still exist, he said don't worry I will fix it and that world be $150. I said fine, he basically did the same thing that we had already tried and no resolution and then gave me a bill for half the quoted price. I did pay him the half but did not think it was fair that he expected to be paid for something that he did not fix. He was very courteous and he did try, but he did the same work that we had already completed.

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
We hired All Advance to run a gas line for our kitchen and to clear a sewer drain pipe. They started both jobs, and charged us nearly $2000 for the work, but have not completed either job. Numerous calls have resulted in All Advance telling us they will be back the next day to fix but they never show up or call.

Recommend highly! I chose All Advance Plumbing because the person answering the phone was courteous, knowledgable and answered my questions in a straightforward manner. He told me they use Bradford White water heaters and my research showed they are among the top brands. The price they quoted included the expansion tank called for by new codes. Another company quoted an extra $100 for it. The All Advance team arrived as promised, and were very professional again answering all of my questions. The emptying/removal of my old water heater & installation of the new one, took less than 1-1/2 hours. Time for my first hot shower in 3 days, Thanks!!!

Called 30 minutes before arriving at my home. Wiped feet at door, and went right to work. Completed task quickly and was friendly during the process. I will be calling again for future plumbing needs.

Very professional. Confirmed appointment and came out to see the issue. Provided several options and detailed estimates. The work was done quickly. All work was done as listed in the estimate. They pride themselves on doing the job right and it was! I will use them again and highly recommend them.
