From the initial response to my inquiry, James was prompt in calling to set up an appointment, kept his appointment &complied with my request to email an estimate.  He has excellent customer service skills & workmanship.  My pool had to be drained & acid washed; we called it the black lagoon.  It is unbelievable how blue, how clean he left my pool.  In addition, he came back to follow up on the condition of the water & chemically adjusted what was needed.  What I appreciate about All Aces Pool Svc is that they returned phone calls, kept the appointment time, showed up to work, completed the job as committed & followed up. I highly recommend.
