Jim called me regarding my inquiry, through your website about finding a pool service professional, within 15 min of the inquiry. He only lived a couple of blocks from us and was here in about half an hour. He was very nice and answered all my questions. The pool was very "over chlorinated" along with quite a few other water problems. We signed up with him and he was here the next day, with Dale, and they went right to work getting the problems taken care of.. I would recommend All Aces to anyone.. The price was right also. From the initial response to my inquiry, James was prompt in calling to set up an appointment, kept his appointment &complied with my request to email an estimate. He has excellent customer service skills & workmanship. My pool had to be drained & acid washed; we called it the black lagoon. It is unbelievable how blue, how clean he left my pool. In addition, he came back to follow up on the condition of the water & chemically adjusted what was needed. What I appreciate about All Aces Pool Svc is that they returned phone calls, kept the appointment time, showed up to work, completed the job as committed & followed up. I highly recommend.

Although the project is ongoing (now complete), these guys are very down to earth. They don't try to push you on equipment you don't need. With the "green merky water" now gone, I have a pristine blue pool that I've never had before, all in 48 hours. I chose All Aces for their pricing and since they were new, I wanted to give them my business. I have absolutly no regrets. They were concerned where to discharge the waste water, repaired the pump motor, at a lower cost then first quoted, and will be doing my weekly service as I've proved to myself I am not capable of. Their cost is less than what I would spend in chemicals alone.
