Scott was great - very no-nonsense and just got the job done when he said he would for cheaper than anyone else.  He was also friendly and courteous, and always answered the phone or returned calls almost immediately.  Plus he was accomodating to our work schedules in terms of setting up times.  I would highly recommend him to anyone with a daunting plumbing job.  In fact, I've already referred him to our neighbors.

Work began on time at my mother's house.  The price was more than fair considering all the difficulties of that front yard.  Her sewer line was not an easy job, it did not go straight out of her house to the street like some suspected it might.  I was not able to oversee the sewer replacement project at the house but the owner and main worker (Scott Briscoe) kept me well informed every step of the way while I was at work from beginning to end.  It was as though I was there watching it all.  I didn't have to worry about the job being done right as it was obvious he is an honest, hard working man.  Very satisfied customer.
