I didn't realize dryer vents needed to be cleaned until my dryer stopped working. I almost bought a new dryer but a repair man said the dryer was just fine...the vent was clogged. I hired John to clean He was quick and professional and I couldn't be more happy. Yesterday towels took 3 hours to dry...today 45 mins. LOVE IT!

I met with John at my house, which was just purchased and didn't have a washer/dryer in the way. He not only came in at half the price of another estimate I received, but was nice enough to take a few minutes to explain to me what I would need to do to ensure my new dryer continues to work well (size of the dryer hose, the bird guard needing cleaning outside, etc). The whole process didn't take more than 20 minutes, though that might go up considerably if you have a dryer in the way.

Very dependable, came earlier than time given. Cleaned up all debris and did a great job, even repaired connection coming out from back of dryer. The connector was too short and they added a longer extension for better vent connection at no cost. Very pleased.
