Alford Roofing and Construction is a family owned business that has been serving the Nashville area for over twenty-five years. Our family has been in the construction business for three generations. We have actually done the roofing ourselves so we know what it takes to get the job done right. Our owners are very hands on. We don't just subcontract the work out so you know you are getting quality work. The BBB has given our company an A+ rating. This rating is not easy to achieve. Businesses have to have been around for seven years with NO complaints from customers. We value our customers and what they think. We strive to meet and exceed their expectations. Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I needed a new roof as mine was leaking. Alford Roofing came out assessed the problem and placed a tarp on the problem area within a reasonable time of being asked to do so. The project was completed within 3 week of being hired and it took the workers a total of approx. 5 hours to put a completely new roof, a ridge vent and replace any wood on. The price was a bit more than I expected but so far the roof is not leaking and I'm a satisfied customer. I would recommend them to anyone seeking this service.

Alford Roofing is an excellent and experienced firm. I researched them before hiring because we all know, there are lots of firms offering roofing services. Alford's quote was competive, but they fixed rotten wood areas, added a crown venting system and new copper flashing. They are experienced and have the skills to do a complete job. They were timely, watched the weather and cleaned up at the end. Boss, Jason, performed regular site supervision and final inspection. The job will be done right and no corners will be cut. Great firm. I recommend them without reservation. Allen B.

I am extremely pleased with the excellent re-roofing job done, from beginning to end. The reasonable estimate, discount incentives, A+ BBB rating, 30+ years in business, warranties, quality products, and Jason's knowledge, honesty, and direct, clear communication led me to choose this company. I was also impressed that Jason supplied me with copies of their license, insurance, and certification of training for using the Owens-Corning roofing materials. Although the work took longer than expected, Alford stuck to the agreed price and the crew came steadily until it was finished. Someone was always available to answer my questions and reassure me about any concerns. I was also pleased and impressed with the thorough final inspection Jason made before I was asked to pay. Thank you for a job well-done and for our beautiful new roof!

Project: Repair a Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roof
Came when weather permitted. Phoned when weather was bad. Knew how the roof should have been installed and reattached per EPDM protocol on the internet. Good servide, long business record, quality work in a timely manner and 5 yr warranty.
