Communication was a breeze, calls were promptly returned. Jack even came out on a cold, rainy day to see the problems with our old gutters and give us an estimate. Gutter guards were the best of six we saw from three different contractors. Work was finished ahead of schedule

Project: Repair or Replace Section of Seamless Metal Gutters
They were very prompt on coming to the house to fix the problem. Problem did get fixed ; however, a second small problem occurred unforseen by the workers or us. I called and reported the issue. Jim came out and hopefully fixed the problem without further charge. We will see with the next hard rain. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of work.

Jimmy was very easy to deal with. He responded quickly and did the work when he said he would. He also called me to make some recommendations on what improvements should be made to my gutters but did not pressure me into a decision. I would recommend Alexandra Enterprises to anyone!

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
They came to clean and "repair" my gutters. After the 1st rain, the gutter in the front of the house was still leaking. I called them back and he said he would send someone back out. Still waiting. That was weeks ago! I basically paid them $185 to clean one gutter, because as far as I can see, the repair I originally called about was not taken care of. Update 10/31/11-company came out to my home to complete originial repair request. Miscommunication was cause of negative review, very impressed that company came to make good on repair. Would recommend!
