We needed a brand new outside unit and they were able to find out and replace it within 1 hour. Then about a month later our inside unit shut down. We were tight for cash, and this company was willing to work with us and give us a great unit for the money. We really appreciate their customer support and wiliness to work with us when needed. We would be more than happy to refer this company to anyone.

Outstanding service. This company sent two service technicians (Mike & John) over with-in an hour of my call. They immediately went to work and discovered my problem and fixed it on the spot. I can't remember the last time I received such great customer service. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

this company gets 5 thumbs up. the service men are courteous, very professional. they came out to our home immediately within an hour from the time i spoke to the office. I want James to know he is anexcellent service man. our ac is cooling fantastic. thanks again

The technician showed up on time and had part needed for repair on his truck. He was professional and courteous. The only downside was that they charged a service call fee when some companies wave the service call fee when you let them do the job. **UPDATE** (7/7/11) My wife had checked Alexander Services' website and it is stated there that no service charge fee will be billed if Alexander Services is awarded the job. We contacted Alexander Services and they thanked us for pointing out this mistake on our bill and they quickly refunded our money. I am now very satisfied with doing business with Alexander Services!

i have spoken to the customer and refunded them the $45 service charge. which was not deducted from the repair as it should have. the technician made a mistake. thanks. i wanted to say that i dropped a refund check in the mail on tuesday so i will follow up with Mr & Mrs. G to make sure they have received their refund. Mike and Ray were great. Very knowledgeable, knew what was wrong and fixed it and I had nice cool air in 20 minutes. Thanks guys! Also, Leo set everything up and kept me updated and then called to make sure everything turned out okay. Thanks, Leo!
