Project: Build a New Closet
Due to my ignorance, I believed I was going to receive baseboarding when he quoted me on my flooring. Also because of "some misunderstanding", master closet was not made to correct height due to soffet in closet and I lost precious double hanging space . However, millwork is beautiful and he did return to correct drawers that stayed open. Overall, very pleased and I am seriously thinking to use him for the rest of my flooring. Although baseboards will be discussed prior to work starting.

I have so many positive things to say about Alex Millwork, I don't know where to begin...first of all, their customer service is extraordinary. Every time I called, they answered. They have been in touch with me EVERY day throughout the project. They are quick and come through on their promises. Their contract was simple and easy to understand. They kept to their time frame which was important to me because I had to take a week's vacation for the project. I love my new kitchen and will refer Alex Millwork to my friends and family without a moment's hesitation. Tomorrow they come to put the "finishing touches" in the kitchen. Can't wait!

They are very honest,responsible,everything by the contact,my cabinets look beautiful,nice people and very clean. Trustworthy,on the job people. they answer the phone right away and keep me inform on every step of the project.

Jim Woodside rates Alex as 4 stars, Eva as 4 1/2. He is persistent. He does very good work. His price was good, although there were additional charges to the quoted price. I (Eva) didn't like the fact that he left us to do the sealing of the backsplash stones, and (maybe our fault) the stones are not as smooth as he made us believe they would be (my big beef, about cleaning the backsplash). Overall, the kitchen looks lovely. Alex always cleaned the debris and left the place cleaner than most contractors we have worked with. He is very pleasant.

We tried to do our best,we all know travertine is a natural stone,after applying the sealer they become smother but not as tile.Natural stones need maintenance as we explained.
