Great job on a floor that is almost 60 yrs old. Finished project is absolutely beautiful. This project was not straight forward due to the age and condition of the flooring, but Alex did a beautiful job. Will definately use again.

He came out to do my floors and unfortunately the whatever coating that was used on the floor started to peel and buckle or blister off the floors and they're going to have to be refinished again.

Costumer did not want the floor to be refinished, but to be recoated only (less expensive). Client was warned that this kind of reaction could happen, but still insisted to make us "hide the trash under the mat" sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We still offered to refinish the whole floor, but the client didn't want to pay the difference.
