	Rating: Project: Wood Flooring - Refinish I read the reviews here on service magic before I made my decision to hire a contractor.  Alex had nothing but over the top reviews, so many that it seemed a little unbelievable... but… Read Complete Rating I read the reviews here on service magic before I made my decision to hire a contractor.  Alex had nothing but over the top reviews, so many that it seemed a little unbelievable... but believe them!  Alex responded to my request for an estimate quickly and professionally.  He was polite and straight to the point concerning what would work and what would not, and the cost of the Job.  I had natural finished/horizontal Bamboo floors that had water damage and some uneven boards from Hurricane IKE that needed to be refinished (approx 1000 sq. ft.).  After Alex was finished, the floor was 100% beautiful and uniform.  He's a Miracle Worker!   Rating: Provided By: Sherry P.
