Alex is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want when installing a microwave. He removed it once in order to ensure it was perfectly centered! I highly recommend.

I could not be more pleased and have no reservations in recommending Alex to others. My GE Monogram refrigerator stopped cooling... another appliance shop looked at it and quoted me $900, telling me I needed a new compressor. Alex came out and fixed it for less than $200. He explained everything he did as he worked on it - I'm an engineer and really appreciated this. He is very honest and explains all your options. The next time I have an appliance problem I will be calling Alex!

I had several appliances out of order and Alex checked each one and provided honest feedback. Only one of them needed replacing. Timely, honest and courteous service. Would definitely recommend.

Alex knows his stuff. He knew immediately what was wrong with my refrigerator, had the part, and fixed it right away. It's always nice to deal with the owner of a business. If any of my appliances need repair, I will call Alex. No hesitation!
