1. Home DVR was not setup and took me 3 hours to complete <br />2. External wiring had no conduit. <br />3. Hole into house was not calked. <br />4. One camera has poor vision with bad halo effect. <br />5. Installation plan had white wiring and installer waited over 3 hours for black wiring to be delivered. <br />6. Salesman said equipment was same as work yet cameras are entirely different and did not include heated/cooled incasements. <br />7. Infrared cameras attract hundreds of bugs and cameras are constantly in record mode making it difficult to identify what to look at on history matrix <br />8. Spent 1 1/2 hours going over installation plan again as salesman was <br />clueless as to how the actual install was going to work. The plan to include a front camera was impossible to accomplish.
