Project: Trim Trees
I had 3 bids before I talked to Tim. His bid saved me over $1500 compared to the others and he did some other trimming and removed another tree while doing the job. Project: Trim Trees
Tim called me back the same day from my email request and was able to remove the tree within two days. He and a crew of friendly hard workers had the monster tree down in 90 minutes, completely cleaning up the yard and hauling the tree away. They even used a blower to clean the sidewalks and picked up all debris from the street. His price was more than reasonable. I am very satisfied with Alderink's performance and have already recommended them to neighbors.

Showed up 3 hours late- not acceptable when you take a day off to do the project -then when the dirt finally arrived my help had to leave.

Project: Install a Retaining Wall
I hired Tim for 3 projects that need to be rated independently: 1. Retaining Wall Install - Tim did a great job. Quality work and economical. 5 stars all around. 2. Laying of Gravel on Walkway - Simple task. No complaints. 5 stars. 3. Drain Tile Install - The original install did not work. Rain damage occurred. It took over 6 months to get the problems corrected. Customer service was very lacking, and I feel that I overpaid for the project. Tim did such a great job on the retaining wall, so I don't understand what happened with the drainage project. If he just did the retaining walls, he would have received 5 stars.
