There were a lot of delays and periods of non-communication by the proprietor (Allan). The finished product was not exactly what we expected, either. After taking far too long to complete the project, he then sent an invoice less than one week after the job was finally completed, demanding immediate final payment- even enclosing a document that explained the "Mechanic's Lien" process. Not a positive experience for us at all. The only reason that I didn't rate Alcom with just one star is that the job was eventually finished. Rating: Provided By: Wendy R.
