We were very apprehensive about doing a long distance project, but after talking to Cory on the phone and receiving his thorough and professional written bid, there was no doubt in our minds that he was the one for the job. We are thrilled with our new porch enclosure and would highly recommend Cory for his professionalism, quality of work and promptness in completing the work.

Project: Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch
I researched and requested 4 companies for estimates to have a new deck installed. Alcoa Construction answered almost immediately after I had requested an estimate. I received a phone call that was extremely timely and very professional. I only waited a few days for the estimate and it was the best one out of 4 for this area (Fenwick Island, DE). Their drawings were great, so I was able to envision the new deck and it was not an easy task as they had to build around an already established hot tub in the middle of the back yard. They started the project exactly on time and finished within a reasonable amount of time. I recommend them hi

Alcoa Construction did both inside and outside work on our home. They also helped us decide which projects to choose to get the best "bang for our buck." The workers were very nice and professional. The work was performed on schedule and was high quality. I would choose them again in the future for any project.

Project: Build an Addition
I have never really done much home construction so this addition was my first experience. I had heard so many horror stories concerning the local construction crews in my area so i was uncertain about whom to choose to do my addition. All I can tell you is that from the initial sketch to the final touch up, my deck, sunroom, screened porch, and kitchen remodeling project could not have gone off any smoother. Your scale doesn't have nearly enough stars for me to accurately rate Alcoa Consruction. Alcoa really does deliver gold star service!
