Showed how to be cost-effective, where homeowner ideas impractical, other value-adding tips. Spent longer than anticipated but did not increase price beyond estimated time cost. Did not mark up materials, got at contractor pricing.

I found his work to be quality work. He put in a door and wall on an angle and it came out looking very nice and well constructed. He also tore out a counter and put in a toilet and will be putting in a fence in the yard. He is personable and does professional work.

Mike is a great guy and does nice work. He repaired drywall cracks in my home and offered to repair a clogged sink and a sticky door, which he fixed, all for the same price as the original drywall estimate. He wasn't trying to find a way to increase his bill which speaks to his honesty. It is hard to find good, honest people so if you are looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend Mike.

His work is superb, but his set-up and clean-up needs a bunch of work. When he paints, he does not set-up completely for it, getting paint on the areas that are not to be painted...generating more work...but, that falls under clean-up and that has some mis-givings. Let me say though...he is tenacious in his attacking the repiar part of the job and does a superb job in doing the repiars. But, like I said, his clean-up skills are a bit lacking....I am currently having to do the clean-up so I can move back into the room that was repaired. And yes, I would recommend him to friends and neighbors, but with the extra info on his clean-up skills.
