My handymen arrived on time, and proceeded to spend a great deal of time looking at the light fixtures I had for them to install.  I had to ask them several times not to spread the packaging all over the house - they seemed most interested in opening the boxes rather than installing anything.  After an hour and a half, they had installed three (of a total of eight) fixtures; one of them got on the phone, the other continued to pick through packaging and read the directions for installation.  Finally, having spent two hours at our place (much of it with one on the phone and the other doing nothing), they announced that they were done for the weekend.  They seemed surprised that we were upset!  We called Tom, agreed to a much-reduced price for the much-reduced scope of work his men had completed, and will never call them again.
