Called service magic to help us find a water softener company to help with our smelly water. They called and came over and quoted us a price to do work. They finished it up and we were very happy

Very professional but was overpriced by $400.00 for the same equipment that I purchased.

I have been patient and understanding but this is no way to treat a paying customer. „« Salesman Late for appointment. „« Installers missed installation appointment after not called and having customer wait ALL DAY for a 1-5PM installation. I tracked down a manager after 6PM who said the installers were just finishing another job and were over 50 miles away. „« Re-scheduled for 10AM the next day and they were 2 hours early, but installed ok. „« Left electrical connection for inside use on the outside of the residence, he did not have the proper equipment to complete the job. Mr. Hill did not tract down a manager after hours, he contacted the owner, by simply calling our office and requesting the on-call technition. As an owner I get all these calls. From this point I personally followed thru with the problems that had arrised. Even after everything was finished by the ageed apond time scheduled, Mr. Hill was still not happy.

He did come and did a good job

We are much happier with our water quality, the sulfur smell is gone and we don't have any chlorine odor either. There were 4 different people invlolved from this company - and none of them were here at the same time. This resulted in a few miscommunication and an incomplete explanation about one product we had planned to purchase, which we cancelled at installation time as it required drilling into our countertops and installing a separate faucet.
