Mr. Farabelli contacted us immediately after requesting the service through servicemagic and arrived within days for a quote.  He provided the quote on site before leaving that day and provided us with scheduling options as well as a contact name and number of the person to do the rest of the work we required for the operation of the fireplace unit.  He scheduled the work according to our schedule and arrived on time to complete the work.  He worked in a timely mannor and tested the unit prior to leaving to insure it was working properly.  Very professional and great to work with.
