good service and reasonable

Above average quality but a little pricey.

Istaller was late,2 hrs, borrowed some of my tools,never cleaned up the job sight, made a mess of wires comming down a wall. He worked hard but stayed till almost 9 pm, he should have left at 5pm.The vcr box was noisey and I had to move it. Took two days to do the job right after the installer had left. Manyof my friends were i9nterested atleast 8, but I could not recomend Alarm one

Robert Solway a salesman for Alarm one has been really helpful and is get what we want and it should be installed next week. He has keep in touch as we were in the process of moving. Devcon Security Systems called me set up an appointment on the 15th of July in the middle of our move and didn't show up called the next week after I left a message and wanted to make a new appointment I was still moving and didn't have time to deal with someone who couldn't keep an appointment.

AlarmOne was very knowledgable and professional.

Alarm one installed the surveillance camera at my property and later i found out that it was not working properly i contacted lenny the branch manager that promised to resolve the problem but never did i paid $768 for a camera that is not working and alarm one is saying that there is nothing they can do i lot of hassle and headache to resolve this problem . terrible company to work with definitely would not recommend to my worst enemy.

We offered refund options which the customer refused. We offered on several occasions remote log in support, but the customer never took advantage of it. We tested the system several times on line and it worked as it should, but the customer can not view video from his only computer due to anti virus software not having the right permissions. We would love to assist him since he has a FULL 12 months parts and labor support, but the customer still has not made time as of today 7/18/2011. This is the first 1 star rating in 7 years with service magic. We hope this gets resolved, we want every customer happy with their purchase.

The rep that contacted me had excellent customer service. The problem I had was with the technician that came to my house to install the system. He took up my entire day, 8 hours. He did not connect the camera system to my cell phone or give me capability to monitor my home from away from home through the system.

This customer is correct as taking 8 hours. 4 channel dvr systems normally take about 8 hours to install with programming. This is normally mentioned and written in the agreement signed. The system is online and capable of viewing, but the tech may not have left the information for the customer. We are waiting for her call back to get her the info for viewing online. The customer did not purchase the cctv system from AlarmOne, so viewing on a cell phone may not be available on her store bought system. She still has over 30 days support left for issues and we did call her to make an appointment to get her happy. We actually have talke
