Overall experience was very positive from first dealing with the Sales Rep to the Technician on the installation. They delivered on everything we discussed and agreed to without any deviation. They are honest, professional and hard worker and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to replace or upgrade their alarm system.

My initial fears of requesting the services and knowledge of this company ,without a recomendation ,were quickly put at ease when I spoke with the service and technician direct on their cell phones. Anyone can install an alarm but what has set this company apart from others is their customer service and follow up inquiries. I come from an active law enforcement background and will immediately recommend this company because of their incredible customer support and service.

Great....they were really fast and provided excellent service. I was calling to make an appt. and they were calling me on the other line. This happened at 4 pm. Guy showed up at five. Service was performed the next day. Awesome price The best

Angel Perez was the first company to respond first thing the next morning (some did not respond to offer their service until days later). He was friendly and cared about the job. Ray had the system installed in an hour and did a neat job to boot. That day, my apartment was secure.
