I know more about alarm systems now than I ever imagined! The owner of the installation company sat with me for over an hour explaining everything! I have tested (by accident) my system and it works great. The monitoring company called me immediately. The only thing I would have liked would be a follow up call or letter after installation. But they were really great!

The monitoring company calls every customer within a couple of days of the system installation. If there are any issues, they advise us immediately, so there is no need for us to call also. Thanks for the great comments!

Keith Horowitz at Alarm 2000 was great to work with. Professional, courteous, prompt, but more importantly, he cared enough to make sure we got the system and features we needed. The installer was on time and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood how to operate it.
