Took them six weeks to start the project and three weeks to removed plaster, install new skimmer, waterline tiles, and re-plaster. The actual project times needed were 4 days. Wrong tiles were installed. Very little communication and wasn’t on schedule.

We are sorry that you feel this way after working hard to complete your project in a timely manner. We had to change the tile once, but you forget that the original tile you requested was not available, & the tile chosen was a late change in the process(after an alternate was originally ordered). When notified of the mistake, we replaced the tile immediately. Regarding timing, you neglect to mention that you hired a different company to perform the deck & coping work which did a very poor job & left us an uneven foundation to lay the new tile. We were forced to do additional work which we did not charge for.

Tops. We thought that he was fair,great, got him from a friend. He had a guy to come and fix any issues after the work. I could not be happier, customer service was wonderful. Any concern, called they would come immediately for the work.
