Project: Kitchen - Remodel
I am going to use Paige Construction to complete additional projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor. They treated me like family and the kitchen turned out absolutely beautiful. i am so pleased with this, if anyone would like to look at it, call Paige Construction to contact me.

Project: Garage - Build
I hired Bob King and his company Paige Construction to remodel my kitchen. The finished work is beautiful and the envy of my neighbors. However I would not hire him again. We were quoted a three week project that turned into nine weeks. Bob has too many projects (residential and commercial) that spreads his crews thin. Most of our work was done by one person at a time, hence the nine weeks to complete. My advice to anybody considering Paige Contstruction or any other contractor: OBTAIN A CONTRACT with a penalty clause if the project is not completed on time. I can't believe I didn't have a contract for this project and won't do it again.

Project: Major Home Repairs (General Contractor)
My only complaint was that I wasn't told how my job was going. I had to go to my house everyday just about to see what was done. I was able to talk to my crew foreman and he would let me know. Also a patch of my grass got burned when the sliding glass door was laid on it. They patched it but the patches didn't take and it's burned again. Plus, since I'm still moving in, I'm still cleaning up after the crew. Other than that, I was very impressed with the work that was done and that each and every concern of mine was addressed and satisfied. My crew always arrived early and stayed late to get my job done. The fact that my job was completed well under the time that I was told is what I appreciated the most. Also, I didn't have to pay a dime until my project was completed. I plan to do more projects and I will definitely call Bob to get the job done.

We are very pleased with the performance of Paige Construction. They presented a fair price, performed the task on time and were very professional from the sales through the close of the job. My wife raved about the work, the courtesy of the workers and the communication throughout the job. We really liked the fact that we had a foreman at our house every day as well as someone in charge of the work crew that provided continous communication. with us. We will use them again in the future.

I hired Paige construction to repair some damage after a fire. The work turned out great no complaints, just some minor things they missed during the process. Weatherproofing and some tile. It was overall a decent experience

I can't explain in words how happy I am with the results from the renovations of my home.Out of 5 contractors Bob was the only one who seem to take great passion in his job.Without having any knowledge he offered the lowest bid.He made me feel very comfortable and kept me informed thru the renovation.Along the way he suggested ideas that turned out great.The project included a supervisor with a crew who was always very courteous and professional.The yard was maintained weekly and it wasn't part of the contract.The project was completed on time.This company takes great pride and does excellent high quality work.I recommend Paige Construction
