Project: Repair a Septic System
He did everything he said he would do and he did a great job. The final cost wound up being $200 more than the estimate, but that was only because we had more problems than he could have initially known about. I think it was a fair price for all the work he did. I will call him again if we ever have any other plumbing needs.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
I wanted to let you know that “Orri” of Aladdin was extremely helpful. He arrived promptly, within a few hours of my call, with water heater and all. He installed the water heater within 2 hours, tested it, and did not leave until all was well, and then took the old heater with him. I will recommend him any time!

Have not completed the project yet because I haven't found a faucet I like, but the company representatives were informative, respectful and courteous. I will use them to complete this project and future projects.

The service I received from Aladdin Plumbing was good and prompt. They completed the work within the promise timeframe, which was the most important factor in my selection. I cannot say the same about the cost. They chanrged me handsomely for their service.

Project: Repair or Service a Water Heater
So far, the problem has not been completely diagnosed. They did operate a preventive measure trying to find the cause of the water heating problem. Seems to be a bigger problem issue but so far we have not gotten into this part of the process. They did not charge for the first visit and diagnose. Seems to be a reputable company that is not about ripping people off.
