Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The crew that replaced my roof were dilligent and worked late to finish. However work was required which they had not been informed about. There is a need for better communicaiton between the Estimator and crew chief. Some Decking and all facia boards needed replaced which wasn't visible from the satelite view used for the estimate. However, both were discussed in detail at the signing of the contract but the Crew Chief was not made aware of either prior to start of work. Work stoppage, discussion with crew chief and then additional supplies purchased before work could continue which delayed the job considerably. End result satisfactory.

"The work was excellent. I was told it would take 1.5 days to roof the house, but they finished it in one day. They cleaned up their mess, and the yard and deck was left in the same condition it was found in. The interior work on the ceilings where we had leaks was first rate and the worker extremely courteous. Would hire them again, without question."
