Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Will never use them again. Stated there was a big hole in roof to fix leak during rainy season. Quoted high price to permanently fix it. As a temporary soln, claimed to put a plate to "block" the hole. And then later cleaned the blocked gutter on the roof which took care of the leak. Promised to come back to fix it permanently. Never bothered returning calls since then. Once the rains stopped I took a look at the hole and found none! Along with it, there was no plate. Talk about being taken for a ride.
