Washing machine stopped working Friday evening. Ray with Akron Appliance repair was able to come out Sat morning 8am. Very professional, prompt and courteous. Price was fair. I would reccomend Akron Appliance Repair to anyone.

Ray was great. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm a curious sort of person, and he allowed me to watch everything he was doing, and explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, instead of getting annoyed with my hovering like some people do. His prices were great, and it didn't take him very long to fix. I am very happy with his service, and will be calling him again if anything else breaks. I've already recommended him to several of my friends/co-workers. A+++++ job!

They are prompt & professional which is a huge plus but more importantly they have the lowest labor charge around. I was very pleased with their service on my oven.
