Mr. Nishimura was the second appraiser I contacted to get an appraisal on 2 pieces of property to settle my mother's estate because of her recent passing. His appraisal price was much more reasonable on the first piece of property than the first appraiser's, therefore, I went with him on the second piece of property, which was a commercial building. I was impressed with his suggestions as to how we could save in the cost of this second appraisal and by doing so, he saved me thousands of dollars. I found him to be flexible and a very prompt, professional and compassionate person and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Akamai was the first to respond from several inquiries. Jim took his time on the phone to understand the situation and did initial research before a call back. Very professional. Jim really helped me.

Set the appointment. and confirmed arrival while he was in transit. Met him right on time. Appraisal took less tme than I thought. Jim was friendly and infomative but business at hand was priority. Turn around on appraisal was about 10 days.

I found the service to be highly professional and was very pleased with the finished appraisal. The appraiser took the time and made the effort to make sure that all available comps were looked at and all areas were addressed so that the appraisal was correct and accurate. I would refer anyone to their service.
