Project: Home Energy Audit
The service itself was very good. Was told the report would be provided within 2 weeks. My schedule was counting on it. Finally received it approx. 3 weeks later.

I did 2 times the amount of IR images for him, like he requested, no extra charge. To put it all in a report and send it took more time than I thought. Sorry about the delay, You never, never spoke about any schedule.

Project: Home Energy Audit
Found deficiencies in the house envelope and gave advices as to how to fix them. Conducted a thorough report, with pictures of all the issues he unearthed. I will use Airtronix again to compare the before and after results once everything is fixed.

Bud is very enthusiastic about his work and my wife and I felt an immediate difference in the warmth of the house. He was always right on time and very clean in the areas he worked. I recommended him to a friend and would work with him again.

Project: Home Energy Audit
Came and did an audit. Sent proposal and esttimate with plan for work to be done. Answered follow-up questions before he arrived. Came on time and worked all day until he finished. My only "complaint"(?) is that he moved EVERYTHING in my house to get at the possible openings that needed to be sealed!! I was not prepared for him to be that thorough. I might have waited and done a thorough cleaning before hand. That may have postponed my service for about a year but...:-) At this point we are anxious for the cold weather to blow in full force - it will be good to kiss those high heating bills good-bye!?
