Most AC salesmen pitching for the job just wanted to sell me a new unit, whereas Kevin recommended to reconfigure the ductwork in the attic as well in order to solve our problems with hot/cool spots. He took measurements for about 1 1/2 hours and appeared very thourogh with his analysis. His price was very good as well, so we decided to go with Airtechs.
