Airplus of California, Inc., is fanatical about two things (ok, maybe three) - we work hard to be sure every customer is 100% happy with the service we provide. We take pride in delivering craftsmanship quality and the third would be recognizing nobody is going to hire us if we can't hit the value sweet spot. If we do all three correctly, maybe we can earn your trust. So far that effort has taken us into over 85,000 homes in Southern California, spanning some 20+ years. We work with new homebuilders in many regions, with over 100 active projects and service the homeowners that purchase those homes. Many have us back to replace or service those systems, some of the oldest are on their second one! Lots of air conditioning companies out there, a few great ones too, but none do what we do - from simple tune-ups to cutting edge fuel cells.

on time, initial quote of 450.00 . he caught a mistake and it was only the thermostat.with a cost of 190.00. after a week the thermostate did not run properly. I took a good look at it and it diffently was a used thermostate. recalled the company to install a thermostate that I purchased. no extra charge for the install. they removed their used thermostat and installed the one i purchased for 34.00. . WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO HAVE RECEIVED A FEW $ BACK FOR THE AMOUNT THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE INITIAL ONE.

Airplus was a pleasure to work with. The installers were prompt and efficient. They left my home with a minimum of dust on the floor. The product seems to be working well. All contacts with Airplus were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

The response time was great, especially considering it was a Sunday when I contacted you. There was a little confusion with the contractors, but ultimately it worked out and the job was completed.
