the vacuum equipment was too large to carry up the stairs so no vacuum was used to clean the dryer vent. nor was there any vacuum used to clean the area afterwards,
Comment from AirMedics
Our "vacuum" or as we call it "rotobrush" is not too large. However we will not lug it up 3 flights of stairs on floors that the customer just had redone and doesn't even want us wearing shoes on. Also I had to go beyond what a normal dryer vent cleaning entails due to the building being too tall for even an extension ladder. We had to access the vent in the attic and disconnect the vent to the roof. We then used the same tube that connects to the rotobrush to thoroughly clean the entire vent. The end product is the same as any job, A 100% cleaned vent. The only difference was we had to accommodate the customer with their delicate floor

When they came out to my house to clean the vents on Aug. 25 they left one of the vent covers off. I am handicapped and cannot climb a letter to put it back on, and nobody will return my many phone calls.
