Multispec was prompt and came the same day to fix my problem. I had to call them back but the second issue was unrelated to the first. They were quick to come the second time as well. They were knowledgeable, professional, explained things clearly and picked up after themselves very well!

Project: Repair a Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
Spoke to Harvey and explained a boiler issue. He immedialtey suggested a fix which I could do by repressurising the tank myself. He walked me through it on the phone and was honest in his assessment. He did not charge for the phone help and was excellent. I had a subsequent issue which he sent his service engineer John to review. John was professional, courteous and gave a frank and honest assessment and did not try to simply sell something which wasn't required. The issues I had experienced previously were gone and the water flow pressure was better than ever as was the temperature stability. Amazing service from true professionals.
