very good service- job was completed in a very timely manner

I used them last year, based on a recommendation, and they were great. Very competitive pricing, fast service and courteous. An obvious choice for repeat business but when I wanted to replace both of my AC units, I called them twice within a two week period and nobody showed nor called for a quote request. I’d rather had them do the work because of their great work in the pass but I had to bite the bullet and pay more to beat this Texas heat. They’re a smaller company that perform a lot of service calls but they do great work (when they show).

Aire Serv of North Dallas was a joy to work with. Neal, Todd and Stan were much more than I expected from an HVAC contractor. They provided excellent service, great communication with lots of helpful advice. They are totally professional from entry to departure. The work was completed in a timely fashion and in a professional manner. We are thoroughly pleased.

Did a good job and was quick

Came out and quoted on the Tuesday (quote given on site). Contractors were here about 15hours later (in torrential rain with 8" falling in the previous 12 hours). Work was carried out quickly, extremely clean and all the crew were exceptionally polite and helpful. Fantastic service would recommend to everyone.

They were able to meet my requirements on short notice, arrived on time and completed the job in one visit.

Neal Disanti of Air Serv has been very courteous and informative. His team was great and had completed the job on time. Though they have to do a little extra than early estimates, they did not charge any extra money. They are true professional and did a clean job. Would certainly recommend to others.
