Very accommadating about all the problems that arose that weren't expected.

they were 2 hours late for appointment, never bothered with a phone call. All I got was excuses how they were short staffed ( ain't my problem) I had left info on type of furnace they'd be working on but the tec was not given the info, so he had no parts and had to come back the next day but not 1st thing I guess I was not a priority. I was charged way to much for the shotty service and would never use them again or recommend them.

We are so sorry but when making appts. we give a window of time. We do not have control of the service calls throughout the day. Unless your the first appt of the day. We also cannot possibly carry all parts for all makes and models. The supply house that carries the parts is well over 10,000 sq ft full of parts and still doesnt have everything. My sincere apologies for your service call though. If you would like to call and discuss this with me, the owner I may be able to adjust your billing. I am sorry for any issues this may have caused.

Quickly available for appointment for estimate. Friendly, confident and very informative, letting me know about choices, rating etc. No pressure for sale. I felt Scott would do the best he could for me, that he was very honest and that inspired trust. He seemed to genuinely care about my circumstances. My furnace quit on Thanksgiving Day and with two small children living here, he understood the urgency to restore the heat. They use high quality, well known products with reasonable install pricing.

Was a little late for the appointment, but did let us know of his delay. He performed the servicing in a quick and thorough manner.

Very knowlegable and pleasant. Price was very fair and exactly as quoted. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS TO ANYONE. Especially to those who got ripped off by One Hour Heating when they closed and left me stranded with no further warranties!

I met with Scott Wilson,owner, and we developed a plan of action. Mr. Wilson organized his workforce and carried out the agreed upon plan in a positive/proactive/professional/ manner within the agreed upon time frame. The system works very well, it passed inspection, and we are pleased.

The job turned out to have unforseen complications that caused the two installers to work a much longer schedule than planned. They were here until almost midnight. They told us that if we wanted them to leave and return the next day they would, but they preferred to remain and finish the job. They went above and beyond dealing with issues that were not their fault, insuring that the job was done correctly. In the end, all works as advertised, with no problems and no complaints. GREAT JOB and GREAT ATTITUDE!!!

The whole experiance was great. The installers were very professional and easy to work with. The sales pitch by Scott was low preassue and I appresiate that. Thank you for heating my home.

This was a very tough installation. Our installers always rise to the top and try to make the best out of every situation.

The crew showed up on time, the work was done on time, the furnace was located in a crawl space and is not the easiest place to work, the work was done without any complaints and in a very professional manor, I would recomend Aire-Force to anyone.
