Totally went above and beyond. I needed service after 7:00PM. He never hesitated. Worked in the dark with a flash light to complete the job. Best servive person I have ever used in any industry!!!!

I would highly recommend Air Xtreme. The technican, Ronald, was very prompt, courteous and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing, and showed me the bad parts. It turned out to be something minor, but I could see how a less reputable repair company could have ripped me off and I would have been none the wiser, but obviously that didn't happen. As a single girl, it is hard to find companies that you can trust, but I definitely trust Air Xtreme, so much so that I signed a service contract with them and they will be out to check my furnace before winter.

other people tried to guess the problem and quote over the phone. this company wanted to see it first. i am a die-hard do-it yourselfer and i like to know what is being done, why, and how much it costs each step of the way. he diagnosed the system, found several small problems and gave me options to buy parts and do it myself, or have him do it. He didnt mind me asking questions and watching hi the whole time. i would recommend him to everyone!
