I thought I had a problem with my chimney, but it turns out I really just need to prime it first. The tech did not try to take me for a ride and was extremely helpful and friendly. This chimney business has a bad rap for up-sell. Also, the cost was not the lowest, groupon has that, but not the highest. The groupon company has really bad reviews. I would uses the company again and feel the quality for the value is good. My fear with contractors is to be taken for a ride, and I always appreciate when that is not attempted.

Our dryer vent was also cleaned. The first time we used the dryer the hose came off requiring a trip to Home Depot. We observed lent still in the hose too. This makes us wonder how thoroughly the chimney was cleaned. They were on time and the tech was friendly but the visit wasn't without problems.

On time, courteous, and thorough. Anthony explained as he worked and left my white carpet as clean as it was when he arrived. I will not hesitate calling Air Systems, Inc for future chimney work and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I had contracted for two fireplaces to be cleaned and inspected. He told me the second one was fine and did not charge for that. Many companies would not have done that. Excellent experience
