Project: Repair Oil Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
Air Rite came across as experts. Made assurances they could solve my issue. Told me the company that was servicing my system had done a poor job. Air Rite conducted the work. They did NOT fix my issue and the work was poorly done. But that is not the biggest issue...I called several times, told them their fix did not work. They made assurances that they stand behind their work and would come back and fix the problem....Never saw or heard from them again. THEY TOOK NEARLY $700 FROM ME AND RAN. I FEEL LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF. I called someone else, they fixed the issue. I have used Service Magic many times with success. DO NOT USE AIR RITE.

they came out on a weekend quite promptly which is good. they fixed the compressor's starter and did some routine cleanup no complain about that. but the final cost was higher than i expected (>$800!), plus the guy never told me how much was it going to cost before the did it so it's a little sneaky that was the down side.

Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
My worst experience with any pro in my life. This guy spent 3 hours doing nothing at the end of three hours, he asked me to change the board and charged me $270.00 for diagnostics. He wants to charge me for the board and replacement labor later. Before starting the job I was very clear about the my budget and expectations. I wanted the job done not recommendations.

This contractor did not provide service contracts. They are strictly furnace repair. If that is what you are looking for then this is the contractor to contact.

I got a great job at a price I was very comfortable with. The work was done very promptly and efficiently; they knew the urgency of no heat with a broken furnace.
